Wellness Workbook : Consistency

What is Wellness? And what does wellness have to do with you becoming your inner It Girl? Well let me tell you, it has everything to do with you achieving your goals and so much more here. Wellness is a huge part of us all healing and growing into the people we want to become and it involves consistency in all areas of your life.


Mentally you have to work on self love and give yourself more grace and love towards yourself, because if you can't love yourself than how can other's love you. Never, ever say horrible things to yourself out loud or in your head especially when looking into the mirror. We are all energetically aligned human-beings and our subconscious minds will take that all in and give you even more reasons to hate yourself, trust me I've been there. Remind yourself that you are worthy and are strong and resilient that no matter what comes your way you will always rise above and become stronger than ever.


Wellness and a healthy lifestyle is all the rage on Social Media right now which I'm living for. The clean girl aesthetic, the girl who wakes up early and has a healthy and well balanced lifestyle. The bad bitch who loves herself and sees herself as a price because remind you girly you are the price and you are the most expensive price at that. Living her best life and is fashion forward in her own unique ways is everything on Social Media but also in life itself babe. Now hear me out, being fit doesn't mean you have to go to the gym and do all kinds of hard and intense workouts. Hell, I'm a mom and have never liked hard workouts but I do enjoy moving my body in other ways of fitness. If you're like me and only really go to the gym to do 12 3 30 on the treadmill than you will love this suggestion I have for you. At home workouts with Grow with Jo on YouTube. She's a mother herself and has helped so many women lose weight by just being at home. As a mom on the go I love how coinvent and amazing her workouts are and I've seen huge results, however I also lifts weights to gain more strength and have also noticed amazing results into that as well. But on days I'm really not feeling it, which trust me we all have those days than walks are a great way to move your body and staying fit.


Moving your body is key to wellness babe and it's so good for you even if it's a simple walk around your neighborhood. Do it every single day and you won't just see a change to your body but also your mind. I never used to workout as much as I do now and believe me when I say not only do I love the feeling of myself having to push through the workout seeing how I look in my clothes, now that's where I get the high to keep going on my fitness journey. I also love the motivation it gives me plus it also shows my son a healthy lifestyle and that's hugely important to me as a mom and as a women. Now for me I try to workout all during the week and have my rest days on the weekends where my workouts will mostly involve going on walks with my dogs or even walking over to the park with my son. But now here comes the part everyone dreads here, what foods do we eat? Now everyone is different what works for me might not work for you but honestly I don't have a special diet at all, hell I eat everything but all in moderation. But I honestly think the key to losing weight or getting in shape is eating more clean and healthy foods as much as possible even if you're eating a Big Mac lol



You have one life and you have to enjoy it babe, eat healthy foods but please enjoy yourselves and eat junk if you're craving it. Wellness is about feeling good inside and out. moderation is a key so always keep that in mind here while going on this wellness journey.
